AV精品鈥檚 campuses are OPEN, Wednesday, Feb. 5

Wednesday, Feb. 5, 6:30 a.m. 鈥 Camosun鈥檚 campuses are OPEN today. Classes and services are scheduled to run as planned.

Grounds crew have been working at Lansdowne and Interurban to spread salt and sand on parking lots, roadways and main walkways as conditions are icy. Please allow extra time when commuting, dress warmly and stay on cleared paths.

About Natasha

Sing.gaay鈥檒aa everyone! I am Natasha Parrish. I am a Kyaanuuslii Haida through my mother and English settler womxn through my father. I was raised in Teechamitsa L蓹k虛史蓹艐蓹n Territory in a large family. I graduated UVic with a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Teaching and later a Master of Arts in Indigenous Nationhood. I spent seven exceptional years with the Sooke School District as an Indigenous Teacher at both West Shore and Belmont Schools.

I am excited to be working with CETL at AV精品. Relationships and reciprocity are at the heart of my practice. I am excited about Indigenous education and how we can infuse courses with Indigenous pedagogies and content in authentic ways. Haawa.
