Odette began teaching part-time at Camosun in 2007 while maintaining a private law practice in Victoria. She began teaching full-time in 2013 and retired from the BC Law Society in 2015. She was Chair of the Applied Business Technology department from 2013-2016 and lead the re-development of those programs. She has taught in the Legal Office Assistant and Tourism & Hospitality programs. She currently teaches Business Law and courses in the Public Administration program
