Shelaina Postings joined AV��Ʒ in 2019 as a term instructor and became a full-time instructor in 2021. Shelaina teaches in the Bachelor of Business Administration, the Post Degree Diploma in HRM and the Sports and Hospitality Management programs.

Shelaina holds a Masters in Business Administration from Royal Roads University and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with British Columbia and Yukon.

Prior to AV��Ʒ, Shelaina held a variety of senior roles in human resources in both public and private sector. Shelaina enjoys sharing real examples to bring course content to life.
