For any Education & Career Planning, Certificate (EDCP) student who demonstrates a commitment to personal advancement, continually strives to overcome barriers, demonstrates and continues to develop a strong sense of belief in self, demonstrates motivation/perseverance to face challenges in their lives and has not previously received a college award.
